BUILDER LICENSE RENEWAL


Lakeshore HBA is offering builder/remodeling members several opportunities to renew their builder’s license in 2026 before the May 31st deadline. LARA requires that all builders complete 3 Con-Ed hours every three years covering Safety, Legal and Codes. Attendees will earn 3hrs CE credit upon completion of the class. 

1 hour Codes with Redfox Inspections

1 hour Legal with Transnation Title

1 hour Safety with MIOSHA

Attendees will earn 3hrs CE credits upon completion of the class. All materials and refreshments will be provided.

Builder license renewals are due by May 31, 2026.

*Class will only run with a minimum number of registrants. If a class does not have enough attendees it will be combined with another date. You will be notified and able to choose another date or refund.
*No shows will not be refunded.
