Join us for the highly anticipated, Annual Lakeshore HBA Golf Outing Presented by Lumbermen's at Three Fires Golf Club!

This year: Enjoy 9 OR 18 holes of golf followed by a delicious taco bar dinner. 

Catch up with old friends and make new connections at this not-to-be missed event!

When you register, please select EITHER the 9-hole or 18-hole  option. Both shoot outs will be happening during the same time frame so only choose one option, please.

**IF you plan to practice beforehand, range balls are not included but you can purchase those inside the clubhouse.

18-hole Option:

-Register as a four-some or we will pair you with other golfers.
    $150 per golfer, $600 team of 4

Check-in: 11:00 to 12:00 PM **Please plan to have your team checked in by 12:00 PM

Instructions: 12:15 PM

Shotgun Start: 12:30 PM (18-hole Golfers)

Dinner and Awards: 5:30 PM

9-hole Option:

This is a great option for golfers that cannot take the whole day off BUT want to join in the fun and enjoy a day of golf, drinks, food and prizes!

-Register as a four-some or we will pair you with other golfers.
    $105 per golfer, $420 team of 4

Check-in: 2:00 to 3:00 PM **Please plan to have your team checked in by 3:00 PM

Instructions: 3:15 PM

Shotgun Start: 3:30 PM (9-hole Golfers)

Taco Bar Dinner Sponsor $ 750 (SOLD)
    Includes your logo on an 85' and 65' TV in the dinner pavilion, logo on scoresheet and promotional materials, logo on table tents, and logo on event registration page.  Includes two dinner/drink tickets ($30 value).

Registration Sponsor $500 

Includes the option to provide a logo item or gift to all golfers, table tent with company logo at registration, option to greet golfers as they check-in, shout out in video playing on indoor/outdoor TVs, company logo on event banner

Hole Sponsor-18-hole course $350 
    Includes your sign and table set-up at the hole and NEW: 2- Dinner tickets ($100 Value) We encourage hole sponsors to get creative and have fun! In the past, they've set up fun games and giveaways for attendees, logo on scoresheet, and the opportunity to provide door prizes for golfers. PLEASE NOTE: Since there will be a 9-hole and 18-hole option this year, first to register goes on 18-hole until full, then to 9-hole range. All hole sponsors will be able to network with all attendees at awards dinner after the event.

"Own the Green" 18-hole course $450

Includes Hole Sponsorship + Fairway Sponsorship: Your logo sign at the hole AND your sign on the Fairway Logo will be on scoresheet, Opportunity to provide door prizes for golfers, space at the hole to greet and interact with golfers and run games/fun activity, dinner and drinks ticket for up to 2 ($100 value)

Hole Sponsor-9-hole course $300 
Includes your sign at the hole AND on the Fairway, "Own the Green" (9-hole course only)  and table set-up at the hole, and 2- dinner tickets ($100 Value) We encourage hole sponsors to get creative and have fun! In the past, they've set up fun games and giveaways for attendees, logo on scoresheet, and the opportunity to provide door prizes for golfers. PLEASE NOTE: Since there will be a 9-hole and 18-hole option this year, first to register goes on 18-hole until full, then to 9-hole range. All hole sponsors will be able to network with all attendees at awards dinner after the event.

Fairway Sponsor $100 (11 still Available)
    Includes your sign on the fairway, company shout-out in promotions and the opportunity to provide door prizes for golfers. (No set up for this option)

Cigar Lounge Sponsor $1,500 (SOLD)
    Includes your sign at the cigar lounge where there will be cut and light service in a swanky setting, logo on promotions, and company logo printed on the bands of 100 cigars. The lounge will be set up at a hole on the 18-hole course.

Hole-in-One Sponsor $300 (1 for 18-hole course and 1 for 9-hole course)

        Includes logo on promotional materials and score sheet and the opportunity to have space at a hole to greet golfers. Sponsor must provide the Hole in One Prize and is responsible for purchasing Hole in One insurance in addition to the sponsorship.
