This is the third class in a series of 3 classes that started on September 16th.
Many business owners, project managers, superintendents, and site supervisors start out as laborers so when they are transition into management positions, there is not adequate training to equip them for their new role. Managing teams, conflict resolution, time management and communication strategies must be intentionally built into anyone in leadership positions. Lakeshore HBA is excited to offer business owners an opportunity to grow and equip their management teams, by learning strategies to build better leaders.
This course is designed to better equip business owners or their employees currently in management positions (Project Mangers, Superintendents, Project Leads), or those who will be moving into management.
