Lakeshore Membership Application

Thank you for your interest in joining the Lakeshore Home Builders Association!

When you join the Lakeshore Home Builders Association you gain access to educational programs, business promotion, money-saving discounts, and have a voice in government. Lakeshore HBA is a non-profit trade association dedicated to promoting our members and the home building industry.

Please complete the member application below and submit proof of liability insurance and workman's comp (if applicable); this can be emailed to admin@lakeshorehomebuilders.com.

Builder Member | Annual Dues: $655

Membership for any business or person currently holding a builders license in the state of Michigan


YP Associate Member | Annual Dues: $75 (First year, see details below)


Membership for any supporting business that provides a service or product designed for the building industry. Young Professional membership is the same as a non-YP membership but allows for a reduced, gradual dues rate. Member on record must be a 45 or younger to qualify for the young professional gradual dues rate (1st year: $75, 2nd-4th years: $200 off, 5th year: full rate).

Additional Location for Current Member | Annual Dues: $45 


An additional location listing in our online Member Directory for an existing Builder or Associate member with multiple locations. This is not an additional membership but simply an add-on to showcase different locations listed in our online member directory. Additional location must be the same name as a member company with a location behind it.


Affiliate Member | Annual Dues: $100

An add-on membership for an individual employee of a current/active Builder or Associate member. Your name is listed separately under the company you work for in our online directory!  Access to benefits as a local, State and National member.
