Whether you've joined the HBA this year and jumped right in (we LOVE it), joined and have been too busy to engage (we miss you), thinking about joining (you won't regret it), OR have been a young pro member of Lakeshore HBA prior to this year (the OGs)... if you're 45 and under and in the residential construction industry, or supporting industries, this event is for YOU.

Lakeshore HBA was one of only 15 HBA's across the nation to be accepted into a pilot program offering a reduced dues rate for YP's (Young Pros) in 2024.

Since launching this new membership program on January 1st, over 61 NEW YP (Young Pro) Members have joined the Lakeshore Home Builders Association!

We want to celebrate the success of this program and all of YOU for being an important part of the Association with a fun night out to network, enjoy good food, drinks, comedy from Brian Atkinson and PRIZES!

AND...the NEW Lakeshore HBA YP t-shirts will be available at this event. 

The first 30 people to register will get a FREE t-shirt!!!

This event will be a casual, interactive networking event for anyone in the industry 45 years and under, that are Lakeshore HBA members, or those considering LHBA membership (bring your date/spouse and/or peers!).

1 ticket = attending the event!
1 ticket = for EACH non-member you "bring" to the event (get them to register & let us know you referred them!)
5 tickets = if your non-member guest signs up to be a member at the event!

Brian Atkinson

Brian Atkinson is a comedian, and played a serial killer on TV, while doing voices for PBS Kids. This guy-next-door with a radio voice talks about his career in broadcasting, voiceover, and being adopted twice, with twisted observations of everyday life. Brian is an award-winning comedian: Best of The Bash 2022 and 2023, World Series of Comedy 2023 Wildcard 1st Place Winner and 2024 Top 40 Comic, Funniest Person in Grand Rapids contest Audience Favorite, and Finalist in the Kingpin of Comedy. Brian’s appearances include Bonkerz, Comedy Cabaret, Crackers, Dr. Grins, Funny Stop, Gutty’s, Krackpots, L.A. Comedy Club Las Vegas, Laugh Factory, Mark Ridley’s Comedy Castle, One Night Stan’s, Punchlines, Rick Bronson’s House of Comedy, Gilda’s Laugh Fest, the Maumee, Mary, and Joseph Comedy Festival, and the World Series of Comedy. 

We encourage YP members to invite someone from the industry that you want to introduce to Lakeshore HBA. We are lucky to have such an engaged, vibrant YP community and want other YP's to benefit and feel supported.

What's a "YP"/young professional? Am I invited? 
Young professionals are anyone 45 and under, the "next generation" of the HBA, working in the industry- whether out on a job site to in the office. All  "younger" employees of members companies are invited to attend YP events. Our YP event attendees have been loving connecting with peers- share these great events with your "young" employees to get them connected in the HBA.
