We're excited to announce a Lakeshore HBA YP (Young Pros) Volunteer Day!

Lakeshore HBA Members are invited to a volunteer event at Habitat for Humanity in Holland. Volunteers can choose between volunteering at the Habitat ReStore OR working on a home in the Vista Green Neighborhood.

 
Wednesday, March 12th,   1-4 PM

Option #1- Vista Green (build site)

285 W. 36^th Street, Holland MI 49423

Work could be either interior or exterior based on weather and project timeline.

A safety waiver is required to be filled out before building begins.

The details of the job will be shared on Monday March 10, so that you can be 100% certain of the work. The best thing to plan on is clothes that can get dirty, layers to be prepared for indoors or outdoors, and sturdy closed toed shoes (boots or tennis shoes, no Crocs or mesh shoes; steel and safety toe not required)

Option #2- Habitat ReStore

Work could include moving and cleaning inventory, processing inventory, cleaning the store.

Wear comfortable clothing, tennis shoes, and bring a layer as the warehouse is much colder than the store and you may move back and forth between the two places.
