Description
Lessons in Leadership 101
How do business owners retain talent and build better leaders?
By offering the right education and opportunities for professional development to their management teams.
Many project managers, superintendents and site supervisors start out as laborers so when they are moved into management positions, there is not adequate training to equip them for their new role. Managing teams, conflict resolution, time management and communication strategies must be intentionally built into your workforce. Lakeshore HBA is excited to offer business owners an opportunity to equip management teams, or those who will be moved into management, and provide education that will build better leaders.
This course is designed to better equip employees currently in management positions (Project Mangers, Superintendents, Project Leads), or those who will be moving into management.
Registration includes all three dates/modules and attendees MUST be able to participate in all three modules (dates below) in order to receive certification. If there is a conflict in schedules, Lakeshore HBA will be offering another opportunity to attend Lessons in Leadership 101 with afternoon sessions on February 11, 25, and March 11 of 2025.
