Job Goal: The Construction Worker shows up on time, has a good attitude and works hard for the smooth completion of residential and small commercial construction projects by listening and following instructions well and to completion.

Responsibilities:

 - Perform all duties assigned by Superintendent/Foreman

 - Carry and setup equipment, materials, tools and supplies from trucks to job site so they are ready for work and installation.

 - Test equipment and tools to ensure they are in good working order and safe to use.

 - Follow plans, manufacturer and Windemuller Builder instructions so all processes and procedures are followed properly

 - Work as a team player at all times ensuring quality, safety and timely work is completed

 - Learn from others to perform and improve your skills

 - Follow instructions and safety rules to ensure safety for entire team

 - Clean up job site during and at the end of the day and ensure all equipment and supplies are properly stored and protected

 - Maintain good relationships with suppliers, subcontractors, and customers

 - Assist trade contractors when necessary

 - Keep accurate records

 - Be willing and ready to work in all weather conditions

 - Show a willingness to learn and grow in all aspects of the job

Education/Experience:

 - Ability to understand technical specifications of material and equipment

 - High school diploma
