Benchmark Wood Studio, Inc., an established custom cabinet company in Holland, MI, is looking for a Custom Wine Cellar Builder to fill a full-time shop position.

Our ideal candidate is reliable, cooperative, team oriented and eager to learn. Recognizes and appreciates quality. Is a quicker-paced person who appreciates production schedules.

Responsibilities:

• Cut blanks for CNC department
• Sand, assemble and install components in finished product
• Edgeband and assemble cabinet cases
• Install LED lighting components

Required:

• Self-starter and a team player that will thrive in a Custom woodworking environment.
• Must be mechanically adept with a comprehensive understanding of common industry machinery, equipment, and tooling including Shapers and CNC machining centers is a plus.
• Manage raw material inventory in an organized and efficient manner.
• Communicating effectively and professionally at all times.
• Ability to juggle a diverse and variable workload.
• Self-motivated and accepts responsibility for actions.
• Ability to lift 75 pounds or more.
• Woodworking experience is needed.

Schedule: Monday through Friday; with the ability to work flexible hours or Saturdays if needed.
