Rivershores Hardwood Flooring is seeking an installer to assist with hardwood flooring installation, detailed finish work, and jobsite maintenance. Responsibilities include preparing work areas, installing flooring materials, completing detail-oriented tasks, and helping maintain a clean and organized jobsite. Experience is preferred but not required—we are willing to provide training for the right candidate. 

Qualification

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
• Hardworking, motivated, and able to work as part of a team
• Experience in finishing or woodworking is a plus but not required (training provided)
• Ability to commute to Holland, MI 49424 (Required)
