Job Summary:
As the first point of contact for clients, vendors, and visitors, the Receptionist plays a key role in creating a positive first impression and ensuring smooth communication throughout the company. This position supports our mission of professionalism, integrity, and exceptional customer service by providing a welcoming environment and efficient administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:
· Greet and assist clients, vendors, and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
· Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails promptly.
· Support office operations, scheduling, and communication across departments.
· Maintain a clean and organized front desk and lobby area.
· Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
· Assist with data entry, document preparation, and general administrative tasks.
· Provide support to management and team members as needed.
· Uphold Sharp Roofing’s core values in all communication and daily work.
Qualifications:
· Previous experience in an administrative or receptionist role preferred.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new software systems.
· Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
· Positive attitude, dependable, and professional in all interactions.
Compensation:
· Pay Range: $18–$22 per hour (based on experience and qualifications)
· Full-time position with potential for growth and advancement
