JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Employee will be responsible for all aspects of the finishing process including cleaning, sanding, prepping, caulking, staining, wiping, brushing & spraying.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

· Minimum four years of woodworking and/or sanding experience.

· Knowledge of industry-standard finishes and finish processes.

· Thorough understanding of lacquer, urethane, and oil-based finish systems.

· Experience with various spray technologies including Airless, HVLP, Gravity fed cup guns, and pressure pots.

· Color matching experience.

· Ability to see the project parts at close range while sanding & finishing.

· Team player who follows directions well.

· Critical thinker and problem solver.

· Experience in standard quality control practices.
