Builder license renewals are due by May 31, 2023. Take advantage of the Lakeshore HBA's 3 hour license-renewal class covering codes, legal and safety, the requirements to renew your license. 

1 hour codes (energy code- Building Science Solutions)

1 hour legal (construction draw/lien process- Transnation)

1 hour safety (MIOSHA)

Attendees will earn 3hrs CE credit upon completion of the 3hr class. All materials and refreshments will be provided.
