Florea Homes, LLC. is owned by Josh Florea who has been a life-long resident of west Michigan's shoreline. Florea Homes, does all forms of home improvements, and enjoys specializing in open-span bardominiums and timber-frame projects. Josh graduated with a BSET in 1993 in structural design and has built numerous homes along the lakeshore.
